Don’t Forget Free and Reduced Applications are Available for LCSD Families
Wednesday, March 25, 2020
We have been so happy to see the smiling faces of Liverpool Central School District children and their families as we deliver meals and work at home packets throughout the community. This is an uncertain time, but your excitement and wonderful comments have made things just a little bit better for everyone.
We know that it might be difficult to think ahead to what will happen when our children return to school and social distancing becomes a thing of the past. Many of you may be working reduced hours now. Some of you may not go back to work until your business or employer reopens. Others have lost their jobs permanently.
The LCSD Food Service Department would like to remind families that it accepts free and reduced meal applications throughout the school year. If your financial situation has changed over recent weeks please feel free to fill out an application (which can be found at http://www.liverpool.k12.ny.us/departments/food-service/free-and-reduced-applications/) and mail it to: Food Services, Liverpool Central School District, 195 Blackberry Road, Liverpool, NY 13090.
The office can process these applications during the extended school closure so that students will be ready to receive meals as soon as school opens again.
If you have any questions, please contact the LCSD Food Service Department at 315-622-7172.
